Mark Gallant is the organizer of the annual Food Truck Showdown but he’s mostly known around Worcester as The Dogfather with his own hot dog food trucks. This years Showdown will feature over 25 trucks at The Spencer Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 7. Mike Hsu talks to Mark about the event, best way to approach judging, and his idea for a Godfather III hot dog.
