Former Bad Company Drummer Simon Kirke Talks About Rock Bottom The Musical And Fact Checking History

You may know Simon Kirke best from his work as the drummer for Bad Company and before that Free. He has partnered with former Del Fuegos drummer Woody Giessmann to create a Rock musical based on his and Giessmann’s addiction and recovery called Rock Bottom. They’re also putting on a benefit show at the Belforge Center in Medfield, MA on October 10 featuring an all star band and comedy line up. Mike Hsu talks to Kirke about his =own recovery, working with an all-star line up for the musical and clears up a little bit of Bad Company history regarding their first album and Led Zeppelin.
