Matt Sorum is a Rock N’ Roll survivor. He survived being in Guns N’ Roses during their most tumultuous years, survived being in Velvet Revolver and The Cult. But he’s drummed his way through it all and been giving back with his Adopt The Arts program trying to keep music education in public schools. He’ll release the double live vinyl album “Sound And Vision Live” next month, an all star charity show honoring Paul Rodgers from Bad Company and Geezer Butler from Black Sabbath. Mike Hsu talks to Sorum about his passion for keeping music and the arts in schools and the incredible line up assembled for this recording.
