Tammy Farley Talks To Mike Hsu About The NEDS Blue And Green Walk 5k And Organ Donation Awareness

Tammy Farley is doing her 6th consecutive Blue And Green Walk at Polar Park in Worcester on September 19. She’s does it to support New England Donor Services in memory of her daughter, Erica. Erica was an EMT and was just starting her drive time to become a paramedic when she lost her battle with addiction. Erica was very passionate about this cause, registered as an organ donor when she first got her license, and encouraged others to do the same. Erica also had a tattoo, “Non Omnis Moriar,” (Latin for not all of me shall die) and they believe that translates to her organ donation journey. Some of Erica’s closest friends and relatives now have that tattoo, and every year those who can walk in Erica’s memory. Get more information on the event here: https://neds.org/events/
