After a customer berated one of his teen employees for a minor price mistake Cold Stuff Ice Cream co-owner David Forgit had enough. He put up an expletive filled post on Facebook demanding that customers stop verbally abusing their employees. The next day it seemed like the whole world backed him up and sent messages of support.
