Meet Tim Brumfield From Big Belly BBQ And Part Of The Out To Lunch Festival And Farmer’s Market

Tim Brumfield started washing dishes at Friendly’s and worked his way up to being a chef for Encore Casino, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse and the Executive Chef for Gordon Ramsay at his Boston restaurant. He is now the owner and chef for Big Belly BBQ in Worcester.
