Help Save The Bridge And Help The Future Of Worcester

If you’ve driven through the intersection of Southbridge St and Quinsigamond Ave you have most likely noticed the colorful artwork that has brightened up the old Sargent Card Clothing Factory.  You may have had more time to appreciate it if you’ve been waiting in line to get into the Miss Worcester Diner.  That place could be the birthplace of a new and exciting business, a talented artist, a creative chef, an automotive genius, or, more importantly, a second chance at a brighter future.  The Bridge Academy And Community Center is a space to provide training and hope for youth who may not have access to either.  Unfortunately, they are in danger of losing it all due to a real estate deal.  The landlord of the property has recieved an offer that compels them to sell but has given The Bridge some time to raise funds to counter the offer.  It’s a pretty big number. $1,000,000.  We need to come together and help keep this much needed resource in this city.  Please take 5 minutes to watch this video to learn more about The Bridge and the people who made it a reality:
